Is the Daily Mode broken for anyone else?

The screen always says "LOADING ..." for me now. It has worked fine for me for months until about 4 or so days ago.

It is not an internet connection problem; other networking functions work fine on my phone. I have restarted my phone, turned wifi on/off, no luck.
